Can I create an account to track my orders?

Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options?
We offer two eco-conscious shipping methods:
- Express Green Delivery (Standard): $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
- Earth-Friendly Delivery: Free on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
How are plants packaged for shipping?
We package with the same care we’d want for our own garden:
- Bare roots in moist sphagnum moss
- Potted plants secured against soil spillage
- Delicate bulbs and lavender cushioned specially
- Climate-controlled transport when needed
What if I’m not home when my plants arrive?
Most of our hardy plants can tolerate brief periods in their packaging (like our drought-resistant varieties tolerate dry spells). However, we recommend arranging for someone to receive living plants or selecting a delivery date when you’ll be home.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally except to some Asian and remote regions. International orders typically take 3-5 additional days beyond our standard delivery estimates.
Returns & Plant Health
What’s your return policy?
We stand by our plants as strongly as we recommend native species for their adaptability. If unsatisfied, contact us within 15 days of receipt. Please note: some plants need time to acclimate, just like establishing alternative lawns requires patience.
What if my plants arrive damaged?
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll replace the plants or refund you—your garden success is our priority.
How long should I wait to see if my plants thrive?
Most perennials need 2-4 weeks to establish. Our Texas-tested varieties and native plants typically adapt quickly, while desert species may show slower initial growth. Refer to the care instructions included with each plant.
