We carefully package each plant—from our native Texas perennials to delicate lavender varieties—to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) – $12.95
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for international orders. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

Our Return Policy

Just as some plants like our hardy succulents thrive with minimal care, we’ve designed our return policy to be simple and straightforward.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Plants must arrive damaged or significantly different from what was ordered
  • Items should be in original condition when possible
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

Like our resilient desert landscaping plants, some items simply aren’t suitable for returns:

  • Flower bulbs (once shipped, we cannot guarantee viability if returned)
  • Grass plugs & lawn seed (due to their perishable nature)
  • Any plant that has been planted or significantly altered

  4. Ship Items Back: If required, we’ll provide shipping instructions

Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll notify you of approval status. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit cards: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Want to exchange your full sun plants for shade-loving alternatives? The fastest method is to return the original item (following the process above), then place a new order for your desired hummingbird plants or ornamental grasses.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your salvia arrives damaged or you received milkweed instead of lavender, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for replacement plants to be shipped at no additional cost (subject to availability).

Shipping Back Returns

  • For our errors: We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label
  • For other returns: You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
