3.2 Regional Suitability

4. Ordering & Payment

4.1 Order Process

Orders undergo 1-2 business days processing before shipment. You’ll receive confirmation at [email protected].

Payment is due at time of order. We don’t store credit card details.

4.3 Pricing

5. Shipping Policy

5.1 Delivery Options

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

5.2 Delivery Limitations

We cannot ship to Asia or remote locations. Some plants may have additional shipping restrictions.

5.3 International Customers

You’re responsible for any customs duties or plant import regulations.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Eligibility

Returns accepted within 15 days for:

• Damaged plants (photos required)
• Significantly incorrect orders

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Planted items
• Flower bulbs (viability cannot be guaranteed)
• Grass plugs & lawn seed

6.3 Return Process

6.4 Refunds

Issued to original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless our error.

7. Plant Health Guarantee

While we carefully package our plants (from delicate lavender to hardy succulents), we cannot guarantee survival after delivery due to variable growing conditions. For immediate issues:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged plants
• Provide clear photos of the issue

8. Liability Limitations

• Plants damaged after delivery
• Incorrect plant selection for your region
• Delivery delays beyond our control

8.2 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of affected plants.
